Botanical Vinegar

Wild and Abundant offers small-batch, handcrafted botanical vinegar. Produced in Nevada City, California from fruits, flowers, berries and plants that are sustainably harvested, or sourced from local farms.

Seasonal Offerings

All of our vinegars are fermented seasonally at the fruits, flowers or berries peak ripeness, which creates a flavorful vinegar. This means our inventory shifts often, so check back regularly for newly released blends.

Wild Ferment

With wild yeast all around us it does not take long before the mash that makes the base for the vinegar is bubbling with life. We add in the vinegar mother culture for a previous batch then leave things to work their magic. We double ferment in all glass. This slow fermentation method takes 2 to 4 months to complete.
